The villa is located on the hills of Alassio, in wonderful park called “Parco Fuor dal Vento” (meaning Park protected from the wind). A pleasant five minutes walk separates the villa from the city center, the railway station, the famous ” muretto ” (wall) and the sea side. At the same time, the villa is far away from everything: the noise, the heat, the crowd. A unique and enviable position a few meters above the sea.

Alassio is a special place in the Liguria Region, protected by a large and beautiful bay, with a wonderful and sandy beach. It has a lively center, where shops and parks coexist with romantic restaurants and entertainment venues …. forget about your car and just wonder around and get lost in the charming alley of the “budello”.
